a dynamic leader of creativity, Donna Drake, president of
Drake Media Network, Inc., develops ideas into entertaining
realities. Drake's 20 years of experience as an award-winning
media professional have brought her accolades from an extensive
client list. Among her clients: Coca-Cola, Ford, Anheuser
Busch, Morton's of Chicago Steakhouse, Baskin Robbins, St.
Louis Cardinals, Giants, NCAA, Ralston Purina, KMOV-CBS, Arrow
Electronics, Guinness Imports, BRAVO, and Newsday.
She
is often sought out to conceptualize television shows, image
videos, independent films, commercials, news features, and
special events. Donna's perceptiveness has enabled her to
develop outstanding investor and client relations.
Drake was named Director of Client Communications at Progressive Marketing Group, Inc., May 2006.
She worked as a graphic designer and manager of the design staff at Barnes Hospital. She supervised the staff in the development, design, and implementation of advertisements, brochures, and other collateral. Drake also hosted several community health programs and events.
Previous
to her work at Barnes Hospital, Drake worked as music librarian
and creative consultant at the legendary Technisonic Studios,
the largest production facility in the mid-west. She negotiated
annual contracts with vendors, scheduled studios and engineers,
consulted on over 600 television and radio commercials, and
supplied distinct voice-overs

More recently, Drake served as the Director of Creative Services
for WLNY-TV on Long Island. Her creativity, dedication and
exuberance are just a few of the things that make her incomparable
in the industry.
As
an active voice-over talent and actress, Donna has a long

She is on the board of directors of the Long Island Film/TV
Foundation, a board member of the Futures of America youth
choir group, and was recently named to the board of the Huntington
Arts Council.
Drake's
devotion to the development of others in the entertainment
industry is displayed through hosting community outreach seminars, as well as, teaching at Five Towns College.
She is an active member of her community with service to a
plentitude of organizations throughout Long Island. Recent
projects: piloting a new TV show for MTV, launching
an animated series to promote positive messages to youth called
“Urban Philosophies”, and producing the Annual Laff-Off Comedy Competition.
